Christmas 2010

Below are pictures of the kids opening their presents from us on Christmas Eve! They had a blast opening them. Ryan new exactly what to do. Reese is so funny! She tears off tiny pieces of paper & has to have every bit of paper off of the box. Rylie was just ripping paper off & would open the boxes. Just went to the next box & started ripping. My Dad & Jerry came over & watched the kids open presents & had lunch with us. That evening we went to a candlelight service at church. It was interesting. It was the first time the trio had sat in on an actual service. They had been in there before but it was for children's programs. They did pretty good. Then we came home & got ready for Santa to make his visit.

We actually had all the kids in bed shortly after 7. Around 8:30, I had got to the bedroom to get my pj's on & went back into the kitchen. In walks Racheal, "Merry Christmas Mom!". I told her it wasn't Christmas yet. It was still Christmas Eve & Santa hadn't been here yet & sent her back to bed. She was up again at 5:45 wanting to know if she could go see what santa left. I told her she could! The first thing she noticed was a picture santa had left of himself in our living room. She was so excited! The trio love their tools! Rylie was so funny going through his stocking. When he would find a piece of chocolate, he would unwrap it & eat it before he would continue digging! I had chocolate wrappers all over the floor! Later that morning we headed to Randall's parents for Christmas. They all got bouncy balls & bounced all over the house. I finally had to make Rylie quit. His face was so red & was sweating!

November 2010

Racheal, Natalie, Reese, Rylie & Ryan

Here I go again. Another month behind!!! We have been busy getting ready for Christmas. I also had a garage sale in there also. Racheal is still loving girl scouts! They have gotten to do a lot of fun things! Next month the cookies go on sale & I am the cookie mom. If you need girl scout cookies, be sure to let us know!

For Thanksgiving we went to Jonesboro to have lunch with Randall's family. We were missing a few people including our neice that is stationed in Baghdad. Racheal got to talk to her on the computer & was so excited. D-dad gave all the kids rides on the tractor. Then daddy got the small tractor out & hooked up the wagon to it & pulled the kids around. They loved it! After lunch the kids & I headed to Crockett. Randall had to leave the next day for Pampa so he could work on Saturday. It was a long trip by myself with the kids, but we made it! We had Thanksgiving again for supper. The next day we had Christmas. The kids got a lot of stuff & were so excited to open presents!! On Saturday we went to Palestine & saw Santa. The kids did so much better than I thought they would. The didn't sit in his lap, but they did talk to him. I had to sit on the step in front of him & hold the kids to get a pictures. Then we headed to ride Polar Express. It was a lot of fun! We sang, had hot chocolate, the kids got to dance & when we got to the north pole. Santa got on board & gave all the kids bells!

I got to go to our MOPS Christmas party this week. It was tons of fun & in a beautiful house! The kids love going. They call it school! That same day was also take your daddy to school day! Racheal was beyond excited to take her daddy to school! Randall is now working in Pampa which is 6 hours from home. Please pray that something comes open closer to home!!
