Happy Birthday Daddy!

Yesterday was Randall's birthday. Racheal & I made cupcakes for him. I went to MOPS yesterday morning & brought Underwood's back for him. His parents came over for a short visit also.

Racheal had her feast at school this week. She is super excited about only having 2 more days of school. We are all finally feeling better. The babies all had strep so Randall put us all on antibiotics so we could all get well. The little kids are get so big! They are all saying sissy now, especially Ryan! He loves them so much. He stands in front of the computer & watches for his sissy's picture. Another favorite word these days is quack quack! They all say it also, but Ryan says it hundreds of times a day!

Another visit from the tooth fairy!

Racheal lost tooth number 2 Friday morning. She woke me up a little after 6 & said she lost her tooth. What possessed her to pull it out at 6 in the morning I don't know!!! She put it in her pillow & got $2 from the tooth fairy.

We have had all kinds of sickness going around here. Racheal had croup, Randall has a mild case of the flu, I had strep & now have horrible allergies. Ryan has something! He has had a runny nose, cough & occasional fever. I am so ready for everyone to be well again!

I did manage to get the Christmas tree up & all the decorations up inside. I have started on the outside. Hopefully I can get it all done by Thanksgiving.

The kids had a great time trick or treating. They were Comanche Indian cheerleaders & football players. I took Racheal to the carnival at the fire station while the other kids took a nap. We made the trip around the square, then made it to 3 houses & back home. This time change has not been good. I have had problems going to sleep. The babies were really grouchy the first day, but are getting better. Can you believe they are 20 months old now?!?!?!

Racheal gave them a sucker. They took turns getting a lick. Rylie wasn't to sure about it at first, but then he decided it was good. Reese LOVED it. She would squeal at Racheal if she didn't get back to her fast enough!

Busy, Busy!!

I know I have not been a very good blogger here lately. We have been super busy! Racheal went on her first field trip last week. They went to Tarleton to a play & then to the park for a picnic. They also had their fun run last week at school. She came in 3 rd to last! Bless her heart she runs like her mom!! But she got a ribbon so she was ok with that! Friday all the kids got to go to the pep rally at the football field. My aunt Barb, Jana & Natalie came & we all went. Saturday we did pictures with the pumpkins after lunch, then that afternoon did pictures in their halloween costumes at the football field. The trips had a blast! Wide open field & they ran until they could not run anymore!!! Thank goodness Kim came & helped me! We were both exhausted!!

The trips love going outside! They go to the door & say side. The boys are talking more & more! Rylie says ok, cookie, uh oh, bye bye, dadda, momma. Rylie has also decided he is the boss & tells his siblings no & shakes his finger at them. It is pretty fun. Ryan says bubba, sissy, coocoo (cookie), uh oh, scoose me (excuse me), nite nite, momma no. Reese talks some but most of hers is in Japanese!! When I come home from taking or getting Racheal to school, they all say hi!!! It is too cute! Ryan is still the most loving & caring. When he sees someones cup on the floor he takes it to them. He kisses, his siblings all the time. If you tell Rylie I love you then he will usually give you kisses. They love to chase each other around the couch.

Finally an update!!

I know I am behind on posting! It has been really busy around here. Last weekend was the Comanche Pow-Wow. I entered 2 of Racheal's paintings in the art show & her giraffe painting won 1st place for her age group & her shaggy dog painting won honorable mention. She was so excited. I even took all the kids that morning to the Pow-wow. Man was it hot & this momma was very tired. We came home put the trips to bed & headed back so Racheal could do some of the things she wanted to do. This week I have been working on our garage sale. I have been cleaning out & getting rid of stuff. Plus we have tons of baby clothes to get rid of. Well the garage sale was a big success! We made a good amount of money and got rid of a lot of stuff. We are now down to 1 tub of baby clothes!!! Now the carport is fixed up so we can take the trips outside & play & they can't run off!! At least not until they figure out they can push on the barrier or crawl under it. They loved it yesterday! They were so excited to be out there!

Another first!!

Mommy decided to be brave and take the triplets to their first trip to the grocery store! I know they are 18 months & have never been to the grocery store! They did great! They were really quiet & looked at everything. The boys tried to grab stuff a couple of times, but all in all were very good. By the way 8 in the morning is the time to go to the grocery store!!

The boys are both teething. Rylie has been waking up really early! Yesterday I looked in Ryan's mouth & he has 15 teeth & another trying to come in. I couldn't believe it. Had no idea he had that many teeth. Rylie has 8, but is working on 4 more. Reese still has 7. Ryan is ready for that steak!!! Ryan is still being his loving self. He gives his brother & sister kisses all the time. He picks up snacks & feeds them. If he sees their cup on the floor he takes it to them. Rylie is my big helper. At meal time I tell him to bring me everyones cups & most of the time he does. Sometimes he likes to play keep away from mommy. He is also a big helper when it is time to pick up toys.
Racheal is still loving school. She is really tired by the end of the week. She and Randall sang at church Sunday. They did a great job!

1st tooth!

Racheal lost her first tooth today! She was determined to loose it today so the tooth fairy could come. She had been wiggling all morning long. When Randall got up she asked him to pull it. He tried, but said she needed to work on it some more. She worked on it some more & then she told him to pull it again. So he got forceps & pulled on it. She said it hurt & he quit. It bled so she did not want him to pull on it anymore. About an hour later, she came to me & said "mom what happened to my tooth??" Evidently when he pulled it with the forceps he got it out & it was just sitting there. I sent her to her daddy & he pulled it out. She was so excited & had to call everyone!!! She already has it in her tooth fairy pillow! As you can tell in the picture, the other tooth is already coming in.

18 month check up

Thursday we had the triplets 18 month check up. Rylie is 25 lb 8 oz, 31 1/2", Reese 24 lbs 8 oz, 30", Ryan 26 lbs 4 oz, 32". We got 9 shots all together. We will have to go back in October to get the swine flu shot. Dr Miller said they are doing wonderful & have now caught up to full term babies!! Yeah!!! We don't go back until after their 2nd birthday!

Racheal went to her best friends house yesterday & when I picked her up she showed me she has her first loose tooth!! It is the bottom left fron tooth. You can already see the other tooth coming in behind it. So she is working on wiggling it all the time. She is so excited she is getting a big girl tooth!! Good thing we bought that tooth fairy pillow a few weeks ago!!

18 months old!

The triplets are 18 months old today & we survived the first week of kindergarten. I was beginning to worry at the first of the week. Everyday we were coming home with a new boyfriend. It has slowed down now & we are sticking with the ones we already have! And yes Randall has the shot guns loaded & ready!!! lol She loves her teacher & seems to be making the transition really well. Next week I have to start loading the trips up in the morning s to take Racheal to school, so we will see how that goes!

I cannot believe the triplets are already 18 months old! The are talking more & more. They all say momma, dadda, Racheal, sissy, bye, uh-oh. Ryan also says cup. They are all eating off of a plate now & are doing pretty well with it. They all love to get up on the couches. Today Ryan was reaching over the end for a toy & flipped right over, but Rylie was the one that cried. Sympathy for little brother! The boys love to wrestle with each other. IT is so funny to watch! Reese is still all girl & wants no part of it. Occasionally she will let them tickle her, but most of the time she screams if they get close to her.

First day of Kindergarten!!

Today was Racheal's first day of kindergarten! I cannot believe my baby started school this morning. Seems like yesterday I was driving to Bedford everyday to the fertility dr. Now she is already in school. She has been so excited. She was a little quiet this morning, but thank goodness her best friend was in there with her. Can't wait to hear how her first day went!

Saturday was Kim Ross' wedding. Racheal was the flower girl & she did a great job!

Cheer camp!

Last Saturday Racheal cheered at the football scrimmage. She did a great job. Afterwards they had a little carnival going on also. We put all the kids in the bounce house. Rylie did not like it one bit!

Last night we went to meet the teacher. Racheal has Mrs. Fishback & we are really excited! Her classroom is right by where you drop them off so that will be good. So Monday is the big day. She is so excited. Mommy not so much! Watch for pictures next week!

The triplets are doing great! I told Randall I needed a ref shirt & whistle. I feel like all I do is say: don't hit, don't take that away, sit down!
