Racheal's busy weeks!

Racheal went to VBS at the Methodist church this week. On Tuesday, I took her to Hamilton to meet Randall's dad & she went to stay at the Ranch for a few days. LOVE, LOVE the picture above. Kim took it Tuesday while I was gone to take Racheal. She had a blast. She brought home more Rocks for her rock collection. She got to drive the tractor & spend time with Aunt Karen & the girls. Reese was so excited to see her when she got back. She went running up to Racheal & gave her a big hug! Sunday we are going for our girls trip. She has been wanting to go to a motel. She loves to spend the night at motels & go swimming so we are doing that on Sunday. Also going school shopping & getting a pedi too. Then on Tuesday we are meeting my aunt & cousin, so she can go back with them. Then we will go get her next weekend for NatNat's 3rd birthday party. She will probably be one tired & grouchy girl when this is all over with, but I know she will enjoy it all.

Randall's job situation is a mess yet again! He had been working in Bowie through ESS. They lost the contract with the hospital. He was going to sign on with the new company taking over, but then found out there was a no compete clause so he cannot work there for 2 years. So now he is trying to get on with a new company at the Mineral Wells hospital. It pays better & it will be a lot closer to home so we are praying this works out!

Exciting news!

Last Monday, July 5th, Racheal pulled her front right tooth. She is now snaggled tooth & doesn't have her 2 front teeth! She was so excited. She has been working on it for a while. She still has a loose one on the bottom. She has lost 5 so far. She still has one more tooth that is loose.

Ryan told us twice on Tuesday that he needed to tee-tee. He sat on the potty & did tee-tee! We all clapped & cheered for him which scared him a little. This is awesome since we haven't really been try. We just sit them on the potty occasionally.

Last week was VBS at our church. They did their program on Wednesday night. Christy did a wonderful job with it! Racheal & I also went to Stephenville one day & met Jessica & the boys at the water park. After a little over an hour, it started pouring & then they saw lightening & we had to get out. We still had fun & it was great to see them.

I finished painting our bedroom & our bathroom is almost finished. I still have to paint the trim. I love it, not sure Randall feels the same way! lol

Tomorrow Racheal is going to spend a few days at the ranch with Randall's parents. She is so excited. She also has VBS at one of her friends church this week too. Next week we will meet my aunt & Racheal will go back with them to Crockett for a few days. Then we will go get her for Natalie's 3rd birthday. We are trying to get everything in before it time to start back to school.

Anniversary Getaway!

Last weekend was our anniversary getaway! We had so much fun! 24 hours of no kids! I love them more than anything, but momma needs a break! We went to Granbury. We hadn't been in years. We were sad one of our favorite antique malls had closed, but we still found some great deals! First we ate lunch, then went around the square & went to antique mall. I got several ragged items. Randall got a couple of things for his coin & money collection & an oil lamp. Then we went to the Pomegranate House & Cottages & relaxed! It was really nice. The next morning we headed back home. The kids were really excited to see us! Thank you Meemaw & D-dad for keeping our monkeys!!!! Think we can celebrate our anniversary once a month???

We have been having napping difficulties! Reese sleeps for 20-30 minutes & starts screaming & wakes the others up. I have tried everything. Kim & Kaleb came to see us this week. Kaleb is getting so big. He wasn't to sure about all those kids surrounding him & loving on him. It was so good to see them. It had been a while. Racheal had her first friend spend the night this week. She and Makenna had a great time. Stayed up late & got up early. Next week Racheal has VBS at our church so she will be busy. Last week we redid the kids room. Now I am working on our bathroom. It has been the same since we got married. I am working on taking the border down, which is not an easy task.

This weeks project: the kid's bathroom. Racheal decided she was to big for rubber ducks. So we redid it in bright colors. It turned out really cute!
